Monzo isn't my main bank account for day to day however, when i was scammed and got all my money taken, Monzo customer service was amazing in a stressful situation. They were very responsive and sorted the issues in 24 hours and got me all my money back. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

big spender, bigger saver

After joining monzo i've gone from constantly being in my old student overdraft, to having savings in an ISA and several pots squirreled away, I only have Monzo to thank! After doing the 1p challenge last year I actually have savings for the first time in my life, which I transferred to an ISA, also with Monzo, and re-started but now with 2p a month, these added features have made saving fun, and with having ADHD it's helpful to be able to see all of my money in real time. I also LOVE the 'we are not calling you' feature when you're on the phone and using your banking app. Monzo just makes money easy, even if you have ADHD and a compulsive shopping habit.
