Literally everyone should use Monzo.

I use Monzo plus, which is £5 a month and arguably the best £5 I spend every month. Its features are super helpful for giving me more control and understanding about my money, especially as a student trying to keep tabs on everything - I feel confident in my ability to make informed decisions about my finances. Their support when I've needed it has always been excellent and super friendly, which definitely calms you down when something isn't quite how you think it should be! Reviewed on: 7th March 2024

Started as my holiday card it’s now my main bank

I love Monzo and recommend it all the time. It just makes managing my finances so easier. The shared tabs are amazing. I have just opened 3 savings accounts with them as well and the interest rate is fab. So happy they now include cash back! There amazing rates when using it aboard is what drew me in but now it’s my main bank! Reviewed on: 7th March 2024

It’s utterly brilliant.

It’s utterly brilliant. If only they existed 20 years ago. The app is easy to use, it functions extremely well, and I have never had an issue whatsoever. Customer service is instant and to the point. Overall I throughly rate Monzo as a bank, and can’t se myself switching to another any time soon. Reviewed on: 7th March 2024

Easy to set up and manage.

Easy to set up and manage. Has been helpful to tailor to my needs by setting up pots for different reasons. Has allowed me to change how I manage my money as I need to. Going from working full time to a university student sticking to a tight budget. Great for travel with instant exchange rates for purchases available in the app and no fees. Great customer service who helped trace a purchase while I was abroad in a 80% cashless society and a simcard that wasn't working! Relying on public WiFi to discuss over chat they were able to temporarily freeze my card, track the purchase, identify it was actually me and then unfreeze everything within the space of 15 minutes. Very helpful for sending and receiving money, the ability to have shared tabs and split bills is very helpful when living in a shared house with shared responsibilities Reviewed on: 7th March 2024

Easiest app to use!

Easiest app to use! I've had Monzo for years now and just love the user experience on it. Their savings pot features is my favourite feature on the app. It makes saving for certain goals e.g. buying new headphones, so much easier! Reviewed on: 7th March 2024

Everything I could want from a bank.

Everything I could want from a bank. They are fast and responsive when I have any issues, clear and communicative when there are any changes taking place, and have all the features I could want, including international payments, the ability to separate money into various areas not accessible by the card and much more.
