Non existent service centre

Dont acknowledge complaints, all queries diverted to a mailbox that does not repsond. Managers to afraid to answer the call, complaints handlers not accessable. Time sensitive manner and still no answer after 3 weeks. Horrific customer service like i have never seen Reviewed on: 21st January 2024
