Not a bad word to be said

I really enjoy banking with Monzo. I usually get a big standard bank account but the perks that Monzo offer are the real draw! Early paydays, better interest rates and FREE SAUSAGE ROLLS - say no more! I’ve had no issues with Monzo, and when I have encountered banking issues link money I haven’t approved being taken from my account the customer service team sort that straight away. Monzo's technical offering has been by far the most impressive of any bank I've ever seen, and their customer service is incredibly accessible. I recently used the monzo pension finder to centralise and transfer all my old pensions, which is something I'd been putting off for a while, monzo made it as simple as a couple of presses of a button. Great customer experience

I started using monzo initially for the pots, transferring money into the account monthly, now I use this as my main bank account. All interactions have been very good. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

I have been using Monzo now for a couple of years - I originally opened the bank account to spend money abroad but now it's my main account, I love all the little features like the updates on how my spending is going - gives me incentive to save and makes me think about my spending. Love it!

I have been using monzo for years and I have never had such a positive experience with an app. Between the user friendly interface and all the "fun" icons it makes banking a much more pleasant experience. I would also like to mention the saving "round-up" features and the "1p challenge" which have allowed me to save hundreds of pounds without even thinking about it. I have been told so so so many times to switch to revolut as the majority of my friends use this but I will never change #monzogirlyforever Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
