Great app, great service

So easy to use. Never had any trouble with them. I once had to get authorisation to make a big £17,000 transfer (by default you’re limited to £10,000). Messaged the service team on the app with the details and they arranged it the same day. My old high street bank would have taken days to approve that! Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Great tool to have in your wallet.. And phone

I have had Monzo for a while but only really started to appreciate it this year when I started using it to pay pocket money. So easy to use and set up. A lot of my friends use Monzo and it adds through phone numbers so can pay each other when we go for night out and have to split a bill (which theres also an option for). Then when we went away to Egypt it made life SO much more easier. Most places there accept Mastercard and can pay in local currency and Monzo charges you so much less than my other account. You instantly get a notification letting you know how much you paid and where and how much the conversion is. I would recommend to anyone! I will definitely be taking this card away on future holidays. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

What an excellent online bank!!

Never had any issues. You can get payed early. Easy to use app. Great benefits that come with just having an account. Savings rates are up there with the best of them without it being in an ISA. Highly recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024

Monzo: the best bank!

I love Monzo as a bank and it has exceeded by far all the other ones I used in the past. The pots are just making my life easier to manage money and Monzo flex is one of the best things I experienced lately in terms of credit plans. The fact that when you send international transfers there is a collaboration with Wise is even better and anytime I got issues, the customer support service was always top-notch!
