Love it!

I have been using monzo for years and I have never had such a positive experience with an app. Between the user friendly interface and all the "fun" icons it makes banking a much more pleasant experience. I would also like to mention the saving "round-up" features and the "1p challenge" which have allowed me to save hundreds of pounds without even thinking about it. I have been told so so so many times to switch to revolut as the majority of my friends use this but I will never change #monzogirlyforever Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

By far the most user-friendly online bank

A wide range of products available through a very user-friendly app, all accessible at no cost — you couldn’t ask for better. The online customer service used to be very responsive, with the ability to speak directly to a human. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case, and any enquiry now seems to take at least 24–48 hours to be addressed. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

i’ve been with monzo for over 5 years, i’ve already recommended 3 people and they have gone with monzo, it’s very easy to use and ive never had a problem, and when ive been in a spot of bother and ive contacted them, they have been very quick to help. would highly recommend. Monzo max, always helped with suspicious transactions

I actually pay for Monzo Premium because how much I trust them and how good they are, I used to bank with Starling. I love that there is an option to filter your money...

Best bank I have used so far!

I’ve been using Monzo for over a year now and never had any problems, loved the idea that I can get paid a day early and refunds always come earlier than that of with any other banks. The savings account interest is also quite an advantage. Since I have had such a good experience with Monzo, I decided to switch to Monzo as my main bank account a few months ago and I am still extremely impressed. The only thing that I can say that’s a con is that if you deposit cash at a post office etc.. they charge a £1 fee. I have also travelled abroad a few times and Monzo doesn’t charge a fee for card spending abroad, it just finds the exchange rate and charges you appropriately. 10/10 Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
