I have been using Monzo now for a couple of years - I originally opened the bank account to spend money abroad but now it's my main account, I love all the little features like the updates on how my spending is going - gives me incentive to save and makes me think about my spending. I have been using monzo for years and I have never had such a positive experience with an app. Between the user friendly interface and all the "fun" icons it makes banking a much more pleasant experience. I would also like to mention the saving "round-up" features and the "1p challenge" which have allowed me to save hundreds of pounds without even thinking about it. I have been told so so so many times to switch to revolut as the majority of my friends use this but I will never change #monzogirlyforever Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

By far the most user-friendly online bank

A wide range of products available through a very user-friendly app, all accessible at no cost — you couldn’t ask for better. The online customer service used to be very responsive, with the ability to speak directly to a human. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case, and any enquiry now seems to take at least 24–48 hours to be addressed. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

i’ve been with monzo for over 5 years, i’ve already recommended 3 people and they have gone with monzo, it’s very easy to use and ive never had a problem, and when ive been in a spot of bother and ive contacted them, they have been very quick to help. would highly recommend. Always helped me with any issues with suspicious transactions I’ve had within 24 hours, monzo Max is also great value for money when used right. Been a member since I was old enough for a card so been a few years now never had any issues. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

I actually pay for Monzo Premium because how much I trust them and how good they are, I used to bank with Starling. When i made the change to Monzo it genuinely changed the way I used my money how I saved and invested. Plus the card looks great, keep being Monzo, Monzo! Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
