I love that there is an option to filter your money into pots- it's made me a lot better at managing my own money. Generally, the interface is very fun, and it feels a lot more interactive than other banks. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

Best bank I have used so far!

I’ve been using Monzo for over a year now and never had any problems, loved the idea that I can get paid a day early and refunds always come earlier than that of with any other banks. The savings account interest is also quite an advantage. Since I have had such a good experience with Monzo, I decided to switch to Monzo as my main bank account a few months ago and I am still extremely impressed. The only thing that I can say that’s a con is that if you deposit cash at a post office etc.. they charge a £1 fee. I have also travelled abroad a few times and Monzo doesn’t charge a fee for card spending abroad, it just finds the exchange rate and charges you appropriately. 10/10 Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

Monzo The Great

Monzo is a great, user friendly bank that is all controlled in the app. Customer Service is quick and second to none in live chat - no need to wait in queues. The Max subscription that I have is amazing with benefits like phone & travel insurance, Greggs treats, cinema tickets & Railcards. I have been with Monzo for around 7 years now and I cannot possibly think about changing. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

Great budgeting tools from Monzo

Love the budgeting tools that Monzo gives you, from salary sorter to the savings pots and the account benefits are all really handy. I enjoy a Greggs treat weekly, and have also been able to give my parents an annual railcard for free Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

Recently moved over to Monzo after hearing good things from friends and they have not disappointed! Easy to use app, the use of pots to separate bills, expenses etc is fantastic. Means I only need one physical card keeping everything simple! Reviewed on: 13th March 2026
