Since using Monzo my banking has been amazing! Can use pots to sort your bills etc and the salary sorter is genuis! Everything else just fits! Love it would highly recomend! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Considering the low price for the 2nd tier account, the amount of perks received is exceptional. It's brilliant having access to a variety of discounts, as well as being able to divide money and see exactly how I am spending, month and month. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Had an issue trying to active apple pay on my new phone, the customer service was excellent it being new years day when I tried I expected it to be a while before I heard anything through the in app chat but it was only half an hour before 3 people were there dealing with it and got it sorted. Been with Monzo for years only had one issue with my card being lost they sent a replacement straight away and got though to an advisor quickly, great bank everything is easily accessible and straight forward, only issue is the banks don’t like my metal card at some of the machines Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
