Don't have your back

They don't look after you when you need them most. Will lock your account with no explanation or timeline of resolution, leaving you without funds to keep operating in life. They will send you a link to a food bank instead when you explain how desperate the situation is. All customer services are remote offshore, no physical branches. My Monzo Experience!

I started using monzo after seeing it advertised on social media. I was very reluctant at the beginning as i’d heard many bad things about it. However, Monzo has been a great way to manage my money and help me to save well! I’d definitely recommend to students especially if they are trying to save, as you have the opportunity to make round ups automatically, allows you to lock your savings pot. Been with Monzo for 4years never had a problem with my account. If I have to claim money for no goods received then Monzo have been brilliant. Love how simple it is to use. To contact Monzo is easy unlike other banks. Good benefits with my perks and now got flex account that’s for emergency. And now all my children have their own Monzo account that’s brilliant and I can add to their accounts and their have their independence and grown up to use their cards specially in different cool colours!
