Monzo are brilliant.

Monzo are brilliant. Rarely have to contact them but when I do. My issue is always sorted almost instantly. The app is really easy to use and customisable. There pots feature makes managing you finances so quick and simple. Overall I’ve had a fantastic experience with them, huge amounts better than my previous high street bank Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Monzo have been great both digitally and whenever I’ve needed to talk to someone. The app is easy to use & I love the perks with my perkz account too. I use my free coffee at least 2-3 times a month! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Great bank who I’ve been with for many years. Customer service solve problems quickly. They have paid money coming into my bank earlier than the due date which is great. Good finance options too and easy to use the app. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Monzo are a fantastic bank and have so many amazing options for saving / investing. It makes managing my money so easy and for the first time, thanks to Monzo, I’ve been able to start up a savings pot for a rainy day fund! Would highly reccomend! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

I have banked with monzo for nearly 2 years now and highly recommend the service. It is without a shadow of a doubt the easiest banking experience I have had, no nonsense and easy to use.
