Monzo's user experience is far beyond it's competitors.

Monzo's user experience is far beyond it's competitors. Their current account and savings features have enabled me to get on top of my everyday spending and saving and I feel more confident about managing my money. It's also been an enormous help to my partner who previously shied away from managing money. We've since opened a joint account, pay all our bills from a bills pot, and regularly save into a rainy day fund. The 1p daily savings challenge is an extra way to put some money away without thinking about it. The whole experience feels rewarding. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Never had any issues with Monzo!

Never had any issues with Monzo! They are good bank and banking with them helps me get paid earlier! Love this bank and wouldn’t go back to any other banking! Definitely best banking in Britain, 100% recommend! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Great Bank!

I have been a customer of Monzo since 2017 and have been fully banking with them for a few years now. The app is super easy to navigate and shows all the information you need in one place. The budgeting tool is great, especially being able to set goals for each expense and seeing how on track you are and what your balance will be at the end of your month (which can be set to any date). Customer care is easy to get hold of and right in the app. I had fraudulent activity dealt with promptly and super fast help with banking requirements during a large purchase, the assistant knew exactly what I needed each time and there were no issues along the way. I love that Monzo is now expanding and offering more services all linked within the app. Hopefully they will all be available to me as they improve. My only negative would be that I wish the interest rates could be slightly more competitive. But over all Monzo is a great bank to be with! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
