Have been with Monzo for years now, and over the years they have progressively came out with more cracking ideas. I now use them as my main bank, I use saving pots, penny challenge and have opened child accounts for both of my young ones which has came in really handy for chores and behaviour to gain pocket money each week. I also have the upgraded account which gives you Trainline discounts, free greggs and free cinema tickets. It rewards you for using them. Absolutely fab! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Absolutely love Monzo! The savings pots are brilliant, the penny saving challenge is fun and motivating, and the interest rates are amazing. Everything is super easy to use, and the whole experience has been top notch from day one. I have been a member from early on and have never encountered anything other than fantastic online banking. I wanted an easy and convenient bank and monzo was recommended to me by a friend. the sign up process was very easy! i love how everything is right there on the app. you can see easily what you spend. it also has the added extras of contents insurance which is amazing as i’ve just moved property’s. after ranting and raving to my partner how amazing monzo is, he decided to join up and we also now have a joint bank account with monzo which again was very easy to set up!
