Monzo is clearly the leader in customer experience.

Monzo is clearly the leader in customer experience. All money and financial actions are clearly explained and notified. They demystify complicated and confusing actions, and build customer confidence in for example investing. They are heads and shoulders above the competitors in banking experience and therefore manage to offer slightly less enticing financial incentives to customers. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Monzo good service

Monzo is fast and secure, gives you the option to link your Apple Pay for bank transfers, always helpful by sending regular emails. Monzo also gives you seamless paying experience with there digital card. Provide no international transaction fee and you can convert using the Monzo app. Monzo also allows you to invest through the app. In conclusion I think Monzo is a fantastic service. Not for everyone

When I have arrived to UK a lot of my mates opened Monzo bank account and told how easy it was to both open and use it. Unfortunately when I have tried to do so, I was rejected with no ability to reapply. Thanks god they do allow to remove the details from their system. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
