I had a 'Problem' when buying online from Facebook, seller was lying, wouldn't refund, contacted Monzo, refunded me straight away, investigated, the seller was found to be in the wrong! Great bank, especially for holidays! Reviewed on: 25th February 2023

Super neurodiverse friendly

I love monzo, so easy to use. Fantastic customer service! They helped me a lot when I had to transfer funds over for my mortgage. Also, your wages are in the day before and available by 4pm. I would recommend to anyone! Reviewed on: 25th February 2023

Easy to use and brilliant overseas on holiday

Took out a Monzo account when we visited Canada last year and it was so easy to deal with financial trasactions instead of money cards and expensive credit card transactions. Easy to use and control from my phone with instant notification of payments and funds received. Reviewed on: 25th February 2023
