I have been a loyal customer to Monzo for about 7 years now. The credit card is amazing, with the pay in 3 option. It is so easy to understand your credit usage, shows you payments made on time, what you can improve on. I particularly enjoy the feature that shows how much interest you save when you pay off your card early, or the breakdown of interest when you choose to spread a payment beyond 3 months. The limit has always been reasonable and proper lending and they have prompted me to increase if I chose to. Hand on heart would recommend monzo MILES before any other bank for a credit card. Very happy Flexer

Getting the Monzo Flex facility was very easy and very quick. I applied and after they performed a credit check, I had the facility within a few hours if I recall correctly. It was all done through the Monzo app and the payment options are a breeze to use and change. After a year it notified me that I was eligible for an increase to my credit limit.
