Black Box SCAM, Poor Customer Service

I chose MORE THAN as my first year insurance company as it was very cheap in comparison to all the other companies, BIG MISTAKE! Firstly my monthly payments were increased by £20 per month from changing to an address which gave me a much cheaper quote than my original address (this is not too big of an issue). Secondly they say your usage score is only affected when taking lots of journeys or driving after 11pm which is fair enough however over the past few months I have been persistently marked down for driving my car at any time. Using my car from 2pm till about 10pm resulted in a - score which is disgusting. I have been emailed asking to provide feedback on my insurance and my experiences only to be told I am wrong for providing my opinion on their service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. PLEASE STAY AWAY EVEN IF THEY ARE YOUR CHEAPEST QUOTE. SHOP AROUND AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE EVEN IF IT COSTS AN EXTRA 100+ ANNUALLY. Reviewed on: 25th January 2019

seems to be a complete lottery whether the operator you speak to has any empathy whatsoever with your situation. In the space of 24 hours i received some of the worst and some of the best customer service i have ever had. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

Quick and easy to take out Car insurance and the price beat all other quotes.I would recommend More Than to anyone.

I researched many insurance companies,but More Than came out on top in terms of price and features included.I completed over the phone and it was quick and easy.I would recommend More Than to anyone and they will be my first port of call come my renewal next year. Reviewed on: 26th March 2015

I found More Than to be very comprehensive in terms of taking out a policy, from the contact I had with the employees at More Than when I rang to query a renewal quote, everyone was helpful. The policy was competative in terms of price and services offered, i would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 25th March 2015
