1 star is too much for this bank

1 star is too much for this bank. They attempted you with 5% interests to get the money from your savings then they - use very junior people to manage your account who does not have any common senses - the complaint team is even worse, full of junior people with robotic answers. - zero digitalisation, you can’t even access your money once you opened your account Go else where as there are plenty of banks who have a basic customer service. Specialist Support Team are a complete joke

Steer clear of these power happy idiots. Placed restrictions on my Mums bank account after a 2 minute conversation with my Mum who is deaf and then deemed her unfit to look after her own finances. Have went for POA so I can sort it out for her. They’re condescending and quite frankly rude with the IQ of a Hamster Reviewed on: 30th January 2020

Building society

Nationwide is my one and only banking account I will use I have been with others and well frankly have never been as helpful or trustworthy as nationwide I have now held my account with nationwide for 19years along with my family members and even my own son has an account with them I'd not recommend any other bank/building society. Nationwide is a reasonable bank

Joined a number of years ago, never had any real problems, except I am unable to change my mobile number online. This creates a problem for me as I'm disabled and leave my home infrequently, even when you phone they tell you it has to be done in branch which is annoying. The only other gripe I have is when my sister tried to pay in £15 she owed me, she was told she couldn't without my card because we could be committing offence of Money Laundering.....ridiculous £15k I understand £15 I don't,.
