No customer Service

I went in to branch to open two cash isa's for my girls I was told what to bring as I'd. which I brought then I was told it was incorrect id I had taken my passport and utility bill and my daughters birth certificates and national insurance certificates letters the service was rubbish and there was no customer service at all I will never enter this branch again and would not recommend it to anyone Reviewed on: 6th February 2023

Excellent customer service

I transferred my current account to Nationwide and their service is always excellent. I now enjoy going into my branch. Reviewed on: 15th November 2017

Always professional, efficient and proactive.

When looking to start up a business I found the staff in Nationwide extremely helpful and positive about explaining my options and encouraging me to have faith in my ability to start up a business. Seldom any issues

They are genuinely on the customers side -= no shareholders to thank for that. There are hardly any negative issues and for the very, very rare ones they have been resolved quickly and professionally to my complete satisfaction. They exceed expectations in almost every way.
