Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

I wanted to see whether I could discover a reason for an account being closed; on another occasion I wanted to check whether a NatWest phone number was genuine, in case I was being scammed. Cora was useless in both cases. Please, NatWest, we need more access to your telephone numbers, and more peole to answer the calls. Robotoics aren't yet even close to dealing with a rational human being. Maybe a decade from now it may catch up, but I doubt it. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

My honest review of Cora

Being with NatWest for the last 6 years, I have noticed a lot of improvements. Cora is definitely the best new innovation that has been made as it offers faster communication, less wait times and more focused advice on actions to take. Cora could be improved through more vast and extensive reception of customer queries. To explain further, the answers that Cora picks up on are very specific key words and will not understand any further. Perhaps, a document for containing key words might be helpful especially for older customers and maybe customers that are young (16+), new to the country or anyone else that might benefit from guidelines on how best to optimize the use of Cora.
