Extremely helpful for an ai based support system

Over the years, I’ve had experiences where I’ve had to get in contact with support and generally I have to get in touch with the automated support system which I know from experience doesn’t really help at all 8/10 times unless it’s to direct you to a specific branch. My experience with Cora was like no other! Helpful, friendly and most importantly straight to the point :) We need more ai’s like this Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

So difficult to contact

Asked for new card. Probably spent well over half an hour on the phone getting one sorted. PIN arrived, but two weeks later still no card. Waited on ‘chat’ for contact centre then gave up for today Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

why are we having to deal with automated garbage, whats wrong with people, the populations getting larger and your stopping people from speaking to people, computers dont work, people need people, companies need to realise the millions they invest in IT is a waste of time & BS Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Pointless

Used several times, answers before I had finished typing my question. Never ever has the answer been in any way related to my query. Always end up having to join a never ending wait to speak to an agent. I wanted help with ID and it kept coming back with answers relating to card readers. Tried again and it came back with local ATM machines. Does not give you time to complete query question, jumps in (As you are still typing) the second it recognises a word. Cora is a complete waste of time and money. The worse AI customer service I've encountered. If I could give zero stars I would Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
