Very slow and impossible to tolerate

Trying to open an account online for the last two weeks made loads of loads and branch visits and still nothing! I called a number that the branch gave my to call in 5 days which was the most stressful of them yet the employee said I can’t help you because i need to see your pervious application which she couldn’t and i asked for a new application which she refused!! I lost hope with organisations spinning up virtual assistants who have little/no capabilities. Cora is a fresh face to the game, actually provides help and the right information. These standards should be set for all organisation with this similar functionality. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
