NATWEST HAVE BEEN NO HELP THROUGH COVID, I HAVE HAD SUPPORT FROM THE HALIFAX AND THEY CONTINUE TO SUPPORT ME. NATWEST CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WANT TO SLASH YOUR WRISTS. AS THERE IS NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!
