Cora is a brilliant way to address any banking or financial issues. For any issues that Cora can't resolve the service is very prompt to pass you over to a member of the online banking service who equally are as efficient and helpful and 9 x out of 10 are able to resolve any issues, failing that they provide the relevant information needed to remedy the issues in question Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

I work in IT for a bank, not NatWest. We use AI and bots. Cora on the few occasions I’ve used her is far superior and I have never once bend frustrated with the responses. Kudos to your developers, she’s amazing! Reviewed on: 18th March 2022
