Always been able to use Cora with no issues - due to working nights, it is convenient being 24/7 as I would usually miss a 9-5 contact. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Frequently unavailable.

Access to the 'Cora' facility is frequently unavailable and, in the absence of any other ready and efficient means of contacting NatWest for answers to queries, this is deeply frustrating and irritating. In short, very poor. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Card reader problem

My card reader gave Error with one debit card but ok with another. The problem card was fine in another bank’s reader. Cora suggested the problem might be the RBS reader’s batteries. It was. I replaced them and it works now. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022
