Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Easy banking...At last!!

After years of being tied up in endless phone calls....waiting for hours until finally some automated voice asks me to choose an option for an extension (that too lasts for minutes) as a cheery tune belts back down the phone for yet more minutes (hours)......until "Hi I am Rick, how can I help you today?"......and then the dreaded..."Erm Sorry, you have the wrong extension. Here, Let me transfer you"..... It is generally at this point, you hear what sounds like a telephone being picked up then.....BBRRRRRRRR back to the supplier exchange tone. Then one day.... "Hi I am Cora, How can I help you today?"....I type with trepidation...."Hi Cora,....I....I...I...need help changing my password"....or I am unsure about transferring funds....or..... ....Well it does not matter any more, because Cora is the Boss!...Cora is helpful, has all of the right questions for the customer to be able to hone in on the correct service and ultimately the best solution to the customer query. Thank you Cora, for allowing me to have the confidence to use a stress free Banking customer services system again !! Hallelujah!! Reviewed on: 3rd March 2022
