Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Cora is the best digital assistant!

Amazing!

After taking out the switching offer I had credited my account with £1250 which was the minimum payment to meet the £200 switching offer cora was so helpful and easy to use and out of hours service so great to have that option working all week during 9-5 hours it's hard to speak to someone during the evening. I have had many interactions with Cora, it is well maintained, well-informed chat bot with several possibilities to help me as a customer. Answers kept going in circles

I’d answer a question, select an option, it gave an option I selected an option and it took be back the original option, just round and round with no option I can see I am not helping would you like to talk to some one. Reviewed on: 28th March 2023
