Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Ease of use :)

I found using Cora over the past few years has really helped me with enquiries that I didn't have the time to go into the branch or wait on telephony to complete. I have been using it for a while now and I can see how much the AI has changed the more people are using it and the ease of use over time in answering my questions. Reviewed on: 26th January 2022

Cora's functionalities have really developed for the better since she first launched. The amount of queries customers can now resolve by just starting a chat with Cora without having to wait to speak to an agent is brilliant. It's great to see how shes adapted over the years.
