I find Cora to be a very useful assistant, has lots of answers to queries but also doesn’t waste time in forwarding you onto an agent if she cannot help. I’ve used Cora’s help many times. Reviewed on: 20th March 2023

Cora is the UK's best banking assistant because it is so simple to use.

I was fearful when first using Cora, because I ma so used to telephone communication. Having a person at the end of the phone is very comforting as they provide immediate advice and can also correct errors. Using an electronic system in the past has been cumbersome and often not all questions could be answered, which meant I have had to make a telephone call after a long process to get a result. Without a phone call I was quickly able to renew my mortgage. I've never found the process so easy or quick. It also meant I saved £250 on broker fees. I want to say a big thank you to Natwest Bank for being so wonderful. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
