Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Professional and fast online support service

I was delighted with the ease and speed at which I was able to make changes to my account using the Natwest Digital Service Cora. I was able to do this in the comfort and safety of my own home with no queues and it was straightforward and I was guided through step-by-step. i would highly recommend Natwest Bank who i have been with for 35 years and their Digital Service Assistant Cora who makes my online banking so much easier than trying to visit a branch. Easy to follow and understand. I am 70 yrs old and usually have to ask my Son Andrew, to help me, or do it for me! But he is working abroad, so I have to" have a go" by myself, Wish me luck Cora, and help me NOT to make a fool of myself !! Reviewed on: 10th April 2021
