Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

easy peasy!

Just so easy! I put off changing my information for months during lockdown as I couldn't go into the bank to talk to anyone. I feel silly now as it couldn't have been easier! Thank you for always surprising me Natwest. Reviewed on: 10th April 2021

Nobody enjoys wasting time while looking after finances. The NatWest app is incredibly user friendly with immediate responses to queries any time of day by sms digital assistant Cora. Great features in setting budgets to painlessly keep your finances healthy. Simple to use and colourful too! Reviewed on: 10th April 2021
