Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

So quick!

Cora understood my query straight away! I said my debit card was about to expire this month and thought I should of received a new one by now. Cora explained it expires at the end of the month which gives me plenty of time and I should receive my card a week before the end of this month. Saved a phone call, time and effort. Bank Transfer Query

Moving House and I had a large transaction to be made to my solicitor- thought it would take some time to arrange - which I didn’t have - contacted Cora to ask the question and within minutes was presented with a few options to resolve the situation and it won’t take days - only hours - great reassurance from My Bank Reviewed on: 10th April 2021
