Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Supposedly Cora had it all sewn up. Then I gey a message more info needed. Chat to Cora. Except Cora isn't working. Urgent need for paper statement now delayed. Thanks for a lousy service. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023

Do not help me anyhow.

I need to cancel a switch and it can not do it. It says that will pass with an agent, but I have been trying for 3 days and still not happening. And I need to do it online because there's no telephone number and when I found one, they say because I applied online, it has to be cancelled online... Reviewed on: 15th March 2023
