Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Quick and efficient

Enquiry re overpayment by myself at end of personal loan; given correct customer service dept. number and was able to obtain refund and cancel standing order payments- job done! Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

Can change my address and postcode in seconds, a process that used to take days, if not weeks.

I was offered Cora, or a more traditional option. I chose Cora and the steps to change my address were presented clearly and concisely. Typing was minimised to yes/no, a house number and the post code. It took about 1 minute to complete. Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

Quick and simple from start to finish!
