Helpful on the easy questions. Slow response when in person help needed

Cora is clear and very effective when it is solving easy problems which are effectively FAQs. But, when you ask something unusual, it says 'Do you mean ...?' providing a 'Yes' or 'No' options. If you select 'No' often it will keep guessing instead of suggesting you speak to a real human agent. You also have to use the correct terminology as its word catchment is not great. But, when it knows how to help you, it is effective. Reviewed on: 1st March 2023

I have recently started an online account with NatWest. Setting up was simple and easy. Fantastic! Where it has started going wrong is Cora - it simply does not work. Please do something about it. Frustrating! Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

This is not chat

Once past the patronising bot ( why would I have gone to chat if the answer is on the website?) at best you get promised an response within in 6 or 4 hours but usually the whole thing refuses to reload and you have to start again. Stop pretending these response times are chat and just send replies we can respond to in our own time like with email Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

You have got to be joking!!

I have been trying to open an account for two days. One of the numerous problems I encountered is that I had to turn off my ad blocker to get the chatbot to appear. As expected it was useless at providing any useful information, just referring me back to the website, which is where the problems started. Eventually I "spoke" to a live agent, but all he could offer was to transfer me to another department. After an hour of waiting for a response in that 'coversatio' I gave up. I have a transcript of that saga if anyone has any interest in seeing what a fiasco your system is. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

Glorified FAQ bot - useless

Users get funneled through the FAQs and onto Cora which is unable to help just as the FAQs were unable to answer my query. Ended up abandoning all hope and will to live in answering my query. The whole system is rubbish and makes the customer lose the iwll to continue fighting for the answer / any customer service. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023
