Once past the patronising bot ( why would I have gone to chat if the answer is on the website?) at best you get promised an response within in 6 or 4 hours but usually the whole thing refuses to reload and you have to start again. Stop pretending these response times are chat and just send replies we can respond to in our own time like with email Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

You have got to be joking!!

I have been trying to open an account for two days. One of the numerous problems I encountered is that I had to turn off my ad blocker to get the chatbot to appear. As expected it was useless at providing any useful information, just referring me back to the website, which is where the problems started. Eventually I "spoke" to a live agent, but all he could offer was to transfer me to another department. After an hour of waiting for a response in that 'coversatio' I gave up. I have a transcript of that saga if anyone has any interest in seeing what a fiasco your system is. Reviewed on: 28th February 2023

Glorified FAQ bot - useless

Users get funneled through the FAQs and onto Cora which is unable to help just as the FAQs were unable to answer my query. Ended up abandoning all hope and will to live in answering my query. The whole system is rubbish and makes the customer lose the iwll to continue fighting for the answer / any customer service. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Cora does not appear when Im logged into digital banking

It has caused me a lot of problems when logged into digital banking because cora does not appear. I now assume its because of my Fsecure protection wont allow it. But nowhere in your help pages explains this or what to do and Call centre help staff dont know anything about it either. They could at least have suggested this might be the problem. Cora is very easy to use. There are helpful guidance questions and answers. If she doesn't know the answer, you get put through to an agent asap, this then results in your issue to being solved. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Hopeless

The website help pages say Cora is available 24/7, and available on the bottom right of the page - it wasnt. It says you can login to Digital Banking, and select Need Help - Need Help isnt present. When i do finally get to Cora via my mobile app, it cant answer my question, so says it will connect me to a colleague. Over an hour later, no reply. No instructions what to do, should I sit and wait? If I come out the app, will i lose the chat? Who knows, I guess Cora assumes you know what to do so doesnt feel the need to tell you. I tried directing my question to the call centre, they cant answer it. If this constitutes an Innovation of the Year, shame on you innovators. Reviewed on: 25th February 2023
