Online help that continues to get better

Cora is not intrusive chat bot and provide useful support when its needed. Gets better everytime I use it. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

It tries to help or else engage executive, who can chat and resolve issues.

Cheap and unhelpful

Cora must cost a lot less than paying real people to help customers. However, it is of minimal help, barely understands human speech, and is frustrating and alienating. A list of answers to FAQs would be about as useful. Reviewed on: 15th February 2023
