Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Waste of time

I am in Spain on holiday and you have cancelled my card you have sent me a new one which I did not ask for , you have sent it to my home 1000 miles away and cut me off with no money. Gaslighted!

Tried to get information about ID checking and was repeatedly told to rephrase it. Said I would be passed to a HUMAN operator but left in limbo for 25 minutes so far. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2023

The worst digital asistant I have used

I have tried to use Cora on several occasions. Each time it has failed to understand the nature of the question and has left ne angry and frustrated. I am quite close to moving my NatWest account based on the inadequacies of Cora. NatWest should introduce secure mail to deal with any slightly difficult questions. Reviewed on: 20th January 2023
