CORA was able to guide me to the correct resolution for my issue very quickly and seemlessly. The service is also sensible for when it transfers you to a person. This was not required for this issue. Very quick and efficient Reviewed on: 3rd April 2022

it was so easy to get my address changed

getting to the bank us so difficult due to lack of public transport and my working hours so being able do use Cora to do things like that saves me a lot of time and effort, I usually dread bots because they have been difficult to use and it ends up taking more time than going into a branch but it was so easy and now I have a sunday morning to be able to nice things.
