Stick to calling, far better.

I've attempted to use Cora each time I have a problem, it simply doesn't understand plain questions. E. G. How much will it cost to pay off my mortgage in full. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2024

Need people, not Bots!

As with most bots used by large companies these days, this one is unsatisfactory. People are usually trying to answer queries online because they have a very specific problem. A bot is not able to recognise anything other than problems that have been pre-programmed into them. Very unsatisfactory. Department I need to speak to is apparently only open eight until six weekdays, no good whatsoever for people who work full time. Reviewed on: 8th April 2023

Good but sometimes struggles to understand

Trust Cora for Clarity

Cora is the most helpful adviser a customer could wish for. She has guided me through some situations online where I was totally lost She navigated me to where I wanted to be and was exceptionally patient. Reviewed on: 8th April 2023
