For the most part Cora has been very helpful. The digital platform is useful when you really don't have time to wait on the phone or really don't feel like talking to someone over the phone... for the most part what ever the issue is Cora can usually resolve it or point you in the direction for resolution.. Need people, not Bots!

As with most bots used by large companies these days, this one is unsatisfactory. People are usually trying to answer queries online because they have a very specific problem. A bot is not able to recognise anything other than problems that have been pre-programmed into them. Very unsatisfactory. Department I need to speak to is apparently only open eight until six weekdays, no good whatsoever for people who work full time. Reviewed on: 8th April 2023
