Fantastic service

I have been a Natwest customer for almost 10 years and I cannot find a fault in them. Cora has been a brilliant service that I am able to access at any time, and has been able to help and support me with my questions. Cora is a very simple and easy way to use with online banking, and helps every time I have a question or query. Natwest are a brilliant bank to be with, and they are very loyal to their customers. Helpful virtual assistant

Cora is very helpful and useful, when there isn’t an answer available you are transferred to a team member, very thorough with trying to answer the questions before transferring as well. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
