Easy and modern

NatWest has been easy to setup online and the app provides all the functionality I need. Telephone assistance is always friendly and I love that it’s available 24/7. Great safety features like Get Cash. Card works perfectly. Some functionalities aren’t available until you’re 18 however, and I wouldn’t say savings rates are good apart from the regular saver. No support or help from the bank for my account or anything like my business account

Natwest Adapt
