Easier than before to use

I am more confident now as I have updated my email and details,which was not really easy to begin with but once finished I felt more comfortable with the app also I have chosen a new savings account recently,which normally would mean having to go to the bank in the next town as my local branch closed a while ago. Nice app that isn't pushy

A lot of other banking apps are pushy about marketing their other services and it's annoying. Natwest's app feels more relaxed and like it is there as a service for you, not a marketing vehicle. Reviewed on: 13th July 2023

Horrendous automated compter response system

If the system does not understand your question it just asks the same question over and over again and you get stuck in a loop - frustrating is not the word! Reviewed on: 4th July 2023
