Everything I need in an account

I love the simplicity and functionality of this account I can't fault it I don't use my laptop for banking anymore everything is done on the app and I wouldn't give this account up if you paid me Reviewed on: 25th September 2021

Once a good bank but now rubbish, (that being a polite term).

Once upon a time you could speak to a human being who made common decisions based upon affordability, lgic & common sense. Now computer algorithms control everything……….. so what do their managers actually do? I suppose provide jobs for those who like to wear suits rather than burger outlet aprons. If they wore those they would be at least doing something useful, but would probably have to offer good customer service of which they have no experience whatsoever. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Cora and Facebook Messenger Team

Cora is excellent negating the need to speak to an advisor by answering questions. The FB Messenger Team are very caring , they answered a question I raised to them on how I as a covid isolating person in lockdown could pay a cheque into a bank, they answered, I gave thumbs up but they received a blank message, so they came back and were very worried and checked I was ok, they re-assured me they were online 24/7 if I needed them. Restored my faith in mankind after being made redundant after a 34 year career with a big comms company where I received little support for my vulnerabilities. Quick response

Finding information for my current account was made easy by a fast response from Cora the online help system. It appeared to have additional features (not just automated) that helped with answers and questions that are unscripted. I felt I was communicating with someone who could deal with non scripted questions which was useful. Reviewed on: 27th April 2021
