it's a bank

The app is clearly glitter sprinkled over the proverbial turd that is an archaic backend system. Literally no one on the planet want to use one of those stupid card readers to verify setting up new payees, just so you can send a one-off payment. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

This review is for the standard current account

Natwest have been my sole trusted company to manage my entire income for the past 20 years. I don't think I can ever have more trust in anyone or anything. Every penny that I ever earn goes through this account which at the bare minimum is over 1000 pounds per month. Is been this way for a long as I can remember. I stay with Natwest for one simple reason. Trust. They trust me and I ultimately trust them. They are the only bank that offer me an overdraft facility. All over major banks decline me such a facility due to my bad credit score but Natwest has always had no problem allowing me a 250 pound buffer (overdraft) I'm hoping to get this increased today by applying again so this review could of gone a whole different way if declined lol. Either way I'll still have my 250 overdraft. Thank you natwest for trusting me when literally NOBODY else do. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021
