Easier than before to use

I am more confident now as I have updated my email and details,which was not really easy to begin with but once finished I felt more comfortable with the app also I have chosen a new savings account recently,which normally would mean having to go to the bank in the next town as my local branch closed a while ago. Always closing my branch

Efficient friendly customer service and fantastic app

I have other bank accounts but my NatWest account is the one that stands out, staff are friendly and efficient, both online and in the bank itself. The App is excellent, I use it every day, it’s accessible and so simple to use. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
