Easier than before to use

I am more confident now as I have updated my email and details,which was not really easy to begin with but once finished I felt more comfortable with the app also I have chosen a new savings account recently,which normally would mean having to go to the bank in the next town as my local branch closed a while ago. Easy Switch

uncomplicated banking

I find online banking an absolute godsend and the natwest app safe, secure and easy to navigate. I like the checks it makes when I'm setting up a payment and like that I can freeze my card if it's been simply misplaced instead of completely cancelling (usually finding not long after doing so!).
