Easier than before to use

I am more confident now as I have updated my email and details,which was not really easy to begin with but once finished I felt more comfortable with the app also I have chosen a new savings account recently,which normally would mean having to go to the bank in the next town as my local branch closed a while ago. Never disappoints

My NatWest banking app is so dependable that it never disappoints. I have not had to step into a banking hall for years now because I efficiently do all my transactions and process my requests via the bank app. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Up-to-date online banking and good customer service

I used to bank with NatWest at Holborn Circus branch. However, moving to the West Midlands over 20 years ago meant leaving behind a great branch. With the 2 NatWest branches in Malvern closing, online banking became paramount. All my banking is carried out online and on the rate occasion I need the assistance of a staff member, I find customer service give an excellent service. Online banking has improved in leaps and bounds and I feel I am using this in the best way. Often, banking customers are encouraged to change banks which I have never been tempted to do. Best banking app in the UK

No problems in 20 years!
