Easier than before to use

I am more confident now as I have updated my email and details,which was not really easy to begin with but once finished I felt more comfortable with the app also I have chosen a new savings account recently,which normally would mean having to go to the bank in the next town as my local branch closed a while ago. Easy access to information when you need it

Love this app and use it daily to keep tabs on my outgoings. Access to banking services within the app is very easy with clear and concise instructions. Actions carried out via the app like loan applications, payments and quotes happen very quickly and efficiently with lots of relevant and detailed information given. App security seems to be a high priority within the app also, which is reassuring as it demonstrates a willingness to look after customers and their finances. Hands down the Best banking app

Natwest has been brilliant
