Pain free remortgage from Natwest.

5
It started with a click, and before we knew it, we had remortgaged our bricks. A pain-free process from start to end, and now we have a sweet 5 year fixed deal, that allows us to budget for our meals. Reviewed on: 7th February 2019

Sales procedures a bit clunky, but processing good

I know banks have to jump through a lot of hoops these days, but it seems that NatWest do more of that than they have to on the sales front. That said the service was generally good. I did have a issue with their transfer procedures which I raised with the Ombudsman and I hope they will change their process as a result. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

We recently took out our first mortgage with Natwest and couldn't be happier with the service that they provided. Everything we needed to know was answered swiftly and explained to us clearly. The mobile banking app makes it really easy to view our payments, balance etc. The app is sleek in design and very user friendly. Reviewed on: 8th January 2019
