Great Fixed Rate

Got a great fixed rate mortgage 5 months before it was due for renewal last year, saving me £100s as the rates kept going up but the mortgage was guaranteed till renewal. All renewed online, did not have to do any work! Reviewed on: 8th July 2023

Best fixed rate mortgage

Nat West has always offered me the best fixed-rate mortgage rates. Their customer service is efficient and customer-focused and based in the UK with representatives that speak good English, not foreign-based where you can't understand what they say. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

A reasonable bank

New Mortgage

This year I had a new mortgage - and my first ever mortgage! The process was quite daunting but natwest and my financial advisor made the process really easy. The interest rates were high due to the economic climate, but I still think my borrower amount was a good value. I’ve had a good experience when also phoning up when speaking to advisors and everyone I have spoken to have been very helpful and genuine which is invaluable. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
