Very helpful and stress free

Upon application of several banks for a mortgage, I found NatWest was the most helpful, and made applying for a mortgage stress free, and was able to process everything very quickly. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Great functional app

The Natwest app enables me to manage my mortgage with out having to visit a branch or call customer service. I can check the balance, make overpayments, and even renew my deal. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2023

Lost my information, charged me wrongly, gave false information

Lost my information, sent confidential information to someone else for 2 years, lied about it, refused to provide call records, lied to them ombudsmans, destroyed records, charged me without notice, charged me on charges, lied to credit rating agency on charges (to cover previous lies) the list goes on and on.
